Description/Notes:	Seeking a highly motivated, certified teacher for Social Studies. The teacher is expected to interact with school administration and teachers to create a pleasant work environment. They should be an innovator, self-starter, organized and a positive team member in the district.
Qualifications:	Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with required Valid Texas Teacher’s certificate in Social Studies, Generalist or Core Subjects is required Coaching assignments to be assigned by Athletic Director based on experience/knowledge/ability *Coaching possibilites include Head Cross County/Assistance Basketball & Track Develop and implement plans for the curriculum program assigned Present subject matter according to guidelines established by Texas Education Agency, board policy, and administrative regulations Shall cooperate with other staff members in planning and implementing instructional goals, objectives, and methods according to district requirements Create environment conducive to learning and appropriate for the physical, social, and emotional development of students Shall use technologies in the teaching/learning process Shall keep informed of and comply with state, district, and school regulations and policies Maintain professional relationship with colleagues, students, parents, and community members
